Making dolls and fairies is something I love to do. I use cernit polymer clay and love to find unique pieces of wood to embellish their "homes".
I spend way too much time on each piece so it can only be described as
a hobby. I have them all over my home and even hang them on the walls. My guest bathroom is themed with fairies and rather unusual but it's fun to be in. These little people above are some of my favorites.
I also like to make funky and fanciful faces....sometimes even weird.
I like to sometimes put them in a decorated box design with words or phrases and hang the doll designs on the wall from a fancy ribbon.
I'm partial to the "Grandma's Rule"....kinda a double meaning there .
"Grandma's Rule" is that "One of the secrets of a happy life is
continuous small treats".
And...nope, these faces aren't my face and I don't do them from a mold.
I just start sculpting the polymer clay and they become someone.
I'm also crazy about rhinestone jewelry. It inspires me too. The singer's
jewelry is one of my all time favorites and I got it on Ebay as well as Grandma's crown.
